     We, therefore, implement a seven step cleaning process to thoroughly and safely clean all natural fiber rugs and carpets:

     First, your entire rug will be vacuumed with super powerful suction.  This rids the fibers of all the loose gritty soils that cause abrasive damage.  Next, we pre-condition your rug with special cleaning agents designed exclusively for natural fabrics.  This special solution is then agitated with a carpet valet to aid the penetration and emulsion of tough ground in soils and stains for easy extraction.  We will then rinse and simultaneously extract the entire surface with a powerful cleaning system.  This removes the loosened soils, chemical residues and excess moisture to leave your carpet or rug just damp.  When necessary, fringes are hand cleaned to restore brightness.  Your rug is then vacuumed again  in order to speed up the drying process.  Do to the  power and airflow of our vacuum system, this normally eliminates the need for fans. We will finish by grooming the rug pile and fringe with a carpet valet.  This allows carpet and rugs to dry quickly and evenly and improves the appearance of your beautiful area rug.
