"I had my upholstery cleaned by another company that did a terrible job and Superior Fabric Cleaners was sent by them to fix the mess.  They cleaned my microfiber couch, love-seat & recliner...

It went great! Greg Mincey, the owner, called an hour prior to coming to let me know they were on the way. Greg & his helper showed up and were pleasant and professional. They were in the middle of a tense situation between myself and the first cleaning company and handled it with class. They assessed the furniture, told me what they could fix and what might not be fixable right up front. They had truck mounted equipment with two hoses so both men were working the whole time while still being sociable, professional and friendly. Greg explained what they were doing and I learned alot about upholstery cleaning while he was here. My couch, loveseat and recliner look amazing!!! While they were here I asked them about carpet cleaning. I wasn't thrilled with the job the other company did on that either. I showed him a couple of spots that didn't come up. He sprayed something on them, used his upholstery cleaning tool and in about 2-3 minutes the whole cluster of black stains was gone from my light beige carpet ... and he didn't charge me for it!!!"
